Please note warranty on air conditioning equipment only applies to equipment installed by qualified engineers holding gas handling certification.

Once warranty is accepted, we may ask you to return the defective parts for inspection. In this case we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods with no cost to yourselves. The defective parts must with us within 30 days from date of warranty claim. This warranty does not cover bad installations or defects in the installation itself. The warranty does not apply due to incorrect use of the equipment as indicated in the user manual included with the equipment. You must consider that if the defective part is not returned within the specified terms or the technical inspection of the part is negative, we will invoice the order in full. This warranty only covers the spare parts, it does not cover hand labour or associated costs. Warranty duration is two years from the date of invoice.
